SEVEN coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Test Valley yesterday.
It means that 96 people have tested positive for Covid-19 in the previous seven days.
That is down nearly 40 per cent on the week before.
No coronavirus deaths were recorded, according to the latest government data.
A coronavirus death is where a patient passes away within 28 days of a positive Covid test.
In the last week, there were five people in the borough that passed away after testing positive.
That is up from one the week before.
On Saturday, The Advertiser revealed how the eastern part of Andover was the area's Covid hotspot.
23 new cases were recorded in the Andover London Road and East Anton area of the town.
The area includes Enham Alamein, Augusta Park, Picket Piece, Andover Down, Picket Twenty and the Vigo Road area.
