A new members club boasting a bar and restaurant could be set to open in St Albans city centre this autumn.
Images circulating online show a venue named The Hub, as well as something called The Deli, being advertised at units 5 and 5a in Verulam Road.
Details are scant but there is also a website outlining what people can expect when it opens “this autumn”.
The website says: “The Hub doesn’t fit in a box… and we’re ok with that.
“We’re a members club, not a stuffy one. We’re also open to non-members, the benefits just aren’t as good.”
The Hub will show live sport, independent cinema, community events and comedy in their three screening rooms, as well as hosting pop-ups and having live music every week.
The website reads: “Our Open Kitchen serves wild and wonderful food all day and our coffee and cocktails are pretty epic.
“We care about the world and our kids’ futures. We compost our food waste on site and give it back to the communities we buy from.
“There’s nothing else like us here.”
The Deli’s opening times are listed as Monday to Saturday 8am to 7pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm.
The Hub’s are Monday to Thursday 11.30am to 10pm and Friday to Sunday 10am to 10pm.
