- A crash caused long delays on the M1 this afternoon
- It happened northbound between junction 8 for Hemel Hempstead and 9 for Dunstable
- Four vehicles were involved and traffic was temporarily held just before 3pm
- All lanes are now running but there were delays of up to an hour tailing back to the junction of the M25
- Traffic is still a bit slower than usual as of 5.50pm
