Pre-sale tickets for the Herts Oktoberfest in Watford will go live at 10am on February 23.

Cassiobury Park is to host the Oktoberfest for the first time this year and tickets will be available on the Herts Oktoberfest website at hertsoktoberfest.com/register-now.

Founded by Barbican Events in 2021, the Hertfordshire festival has toured across the county, aiming to bring a touch of German culture to each location.

On October 4 to 5, visitors can expect live Oompah bands, karaoke, authentic German beer, gourmet food, an axe throwing contest, and a traditional costume competition.

Andrew Dempsey, event manager, said: "We are excited to bring the Oktoberfest to Watford this year for the very first time."
