HERTFORDSHIRE CONSTABULARY showed advertising professionals how it's done by beating them to win an award for the most innovative CD-Rom
The CD-Rom, called The Job Related Fitness Test and how to Pass it, is part of Hertfordshire police's ongoing recruitment campaign.
It is hoped that the award winning CD-Rom will help the force to reach it's target strength of 2,050 officers. Its current strength is 1,939.
Personnel manager Gail Boulter said: "It has had a really positive impact on the number of candidates, and in particular women, passing the test.
