CHELSEA are thought to be preparing a final £30m take it or leave offer for Real Madrid winger Robinho.
His agent says the Spannish giants will accept 40m Euros (£31.6m) but Chelsea believe they can sign the Brazilian for £30m by setting up a special agreement which will allow Real to have first refusal on any transfer listed Chelsea star in the future.
If Robinho does move, Manchester United fear that Ronaldo will be seen as the ideal replacement so are bracing themselves for another late offer.
