HERTFORDSHIRE'S roads supremo Stuart Pile has said a 20 miles an hour limit for St Albans would have advantages but is not to rushed into.
Speaking after the Review highlighted a campaign for a general limit for St Albans residential roads, the county council cabinet member for transport said: "I can see the benefits of a 20 mph zone in St Albans. However, any decision is not for the county council alone but one for the whole community to make, all having been fully informed as to the advantages and disadvantages."
