SCHOOLCHILDREN were given an insight into the busy life of a paramedic when members of Hertfordshire Ambulance Service paid a visit on Monday.
Pupils at Fleetville School, in Hatfield Road, were shown around an ambulance and reminded about the importance of the emergency services.
Herfordshire Ambulance Services's Gary Sanderson and Tabatha Saunders also explained to the children how to call 999 correctly for an ambulance.
