A MAN was airlifted to hospital this afternoon, believed to be suffering from a spinal injury, after falling off a ladder in St Albans.
The East of England Ambulance Service was called to Upton Avenue just after midday.
The man was treated at the scene before being airlifted to Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge
