St Albans City have added to their ranks with the signing of defender James Sage.
He becomes City boss Ian Allinson’s seventh addition of a summer window which has seen the City boss look to rebuild his squad.
The move comes in the wake of Sage spending the past three weeks on trial at the Clarence Park club where he impressed in pre-season friendlies against Leyton Orient and Wingate & Finchley.
The centre-back has played for Peterborough United, St Neots, Kettering, Banbury and Arlesley Town in his playing career.
