Watford head coach Gianfranco Zola is up against two former Hornets for the Championship Manager of the Month award for November.
Zola led Watford through the month unbeaten which included two thumping away wins against Leeds United and Sheffield Wednesday, 6-1 and 4-1 respectively.
Throughout the month, Watford won four games and drew two picking up 14 points from a possible 18 on offer.
The other contenders for the award include Watford legend Kenny Jackett of Millwall and Charlton Athletic manager Chris Powell.
Millwall took the league by storm in November winning five of their six games picking up 16 out of a possible 18 points.
Charlton also fared well throughout the month with four wins, one draw and a solitary defeat.
The winner will be announced tomorrow at 10am on Sky Sports News.
