Watford Grammar School for Boys has announced its plans for new teaching areas for science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
The Rickmansworth Road school announced the plans for a three-storey centre on Thursday.
It will contain a new science lab, an engineering suite, and a computer aided design suite, as well as additional classrooms.
Ian Cooksey, head teacher at Watford Grammar School for Boys, said: “We are delighted to be announcing this new STEM Centre following our annual STEM LAB Day for local schools this week.
“This new Centre will not only allow us to offer unparalleled STEM teaching at our School it will also give us the facilities and capacity to do more outreach STEM work with young people in the local area.”
