Birmingham City and Millwall are paying the whole of Lloyd Dyer and Diego Fabbrini's wages during their respective loan deals, the Watford Observer understands, whereas MK Dons have been told they will need to stump up more money if they want Keith Andrews.

The Hornets strive to receive all of their players' wages from the loan club when they depart temporarily and we understand that has been secured in the case of Dyer and Fabbrini.

However, we have been told MK Dons' offer to cover part of Andrews' wages is some way from Watford's required amount.

Andrews is on a season-long loan from Bolton Wanderers but was told he could find a new club at the start of December after falling out with Hornets' head coach Slavisa Jokanovic.

The Trotters rejected Watford's request to terminate the temporary deal but the Golden Boys are allowed to reach a loan agreement with another club.
