Watford's Christian Kabasele will earn his second Belgium cap tomorrow, manager Roberto Martinez has confirmed, meaning he should be back fit to face West Ham on Sunday.
The 26-year-old defender made his debut last November for the Red Devils, replacing Vincent Kompany after the Manchester City man was injured in the warm-up against the Netherlands in what ended a 1-1 draw.
Martinez said Kabasele will start tomorrow's friendly with Japan, another side who have qualified for next year's World Cup, as they look to end the year on a high following a disappointing 3-3 draw with Mexico on Friday.
Kabasele was stretchered off with 11 minutes to go of the 3-2 defeat at Everton before the international break, a game he had already scored in.
He has impressed for the Hornets so far this season, starting that game and the eight before it and earning two Belgium call-ups.
His return will provide a welcome boost to head coach Marco Silva, who is still sweating over the fitness of fellow centre-backs Sebastian Prodl and Younes Kaboul, who have missed several weeks with injury already this term.
