Officers are looking for a man they would like to talk to in connection with an assault.
The incident occurred on Thursday, December 20th at 5.20pm on Hyde Way, Welwyn Garden City. The victim, a woman in her 20s, was approached by the suspect who asked her for a cigarette. When the victim said she didn’t have one the suspect has then become aggressive, and hit her on the back of her head.
The suspect has then walked away over the railway station.
A CCTV photo shows the man, in his 20s, of slim build wearing jeans and a black hoodie.
