Denyelle Megan Noble, 23, of Jordans Way, Bricket Wood. On March 12, 2013, drove in Oakwood Road, Bricket Wood, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 60 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Fine, costs: £393. Banned from driving for 17 months, to be reduced by 17 weeks if approved course undertaken.

Marc Conn, 39, of Kingsley Green Hospital, Harper Lane, Radlett. On September 15, 2012, assaulted a person by beating him. Discharged conditionally for 12 months.
