Adam Frederick Boon, 39, of Cottonmill Crescent, St Albans. On April 5, 2013, stole dog food and groceries from M&S, St Albans. Also, on December 8, 2012, committed fraud in that dishonestly made a false representation in order to obtain £40 of fuel. Also, on December 13, 2012, stole food worth £20 from Spar, St Albans and, on January 13, 2013, failed to present a non-intimate sample for analysis. Also, on January 4, 2013, stole shoes worth £80 from Kurt Geiger, St Albans. Also, on February 22, 2013, together with another, stole food items worth £70 from BP, St Albans, and, on February 9, 2013, stole clothing worth £300 from TKMaxx, St Albans. Also, on March 15, 2013, stole two jackets worth £380 from Millets, St Albans. Also, on March 26, 2013, stole 13 bottles of Bio-oil worth £259.87 from Boots, St Albans. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 18 months. Order includes drug rehabilitation and supervision requirements. Total compensation, costs: £567.
