Ian Ronald Crisp, 57, of High Street, London Colney. On April 27, 2013, drove in High Street, London Colney, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 103 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Community order made with programme (drink impaired drivers) and supervision requirements. Costs: £145. Banned from driving for 24 months, to be reduced by 24 weeks if approved course undertaken.

Michael Aaron Palmer, 21, of Pickford Hill, Harpenden. On April 27, 2013, damaged a double glazed window belonging to another; also, on same date, resisted police officer in execution of her duty. Fine, costs: £580.  

Diana Joseph Hermosa, 30, of Oakwood Road, Bricket Wood. On January 11, 2013, drove in St Albans, without a valid licence. Fine, costs: £220. Three penalty points.

Richard Kershaw, 31, of Brook Court, Radlett. On October 17, 2012, used on a road a vehicle to which no test certificate had been issued. Fine, costs: £220.

Stephen Andrew Bailey, 43, of High Street, Markyate. On November 18, 2012, used a vehicle in Pickford Road, Markyate, without insurance. Fine, costs: £305. Six penalty points.      

Brayleys Cars Ltd, Lyon Way, Hatfield Road, St Albans. On November 7, 2012, used on M1 a vehicle to which no test certificate had been issued. Fine, costs: £370.

Jamie Hurst, 27, of North Close, St Albans. On November 23, 2012, drove in Dalton Way, Watford, while using a hand-held telephone. Fine, costs: £185. Three penalty points.
