Victor Michael Olayemi Komolafe, 22, of Nimrod Drive, Hatfield. On April 19, 2013, was in possession of five small bags of cannabis, a class B drug; also, on June 10, 2013, failed to surrender to custody. Commission of further offence while subject to conditional discharge imposed on May 20, 2013.  Fine, costs: £215. Deemed served by reason of time already spent in custody.

Christopher Stanley Hedger, 42, of Howlands, WGC. On June 5, 2013, at WGC, without lawful excuse, damaged bar stools, spirits, hi-fi cabinet, fridge belonging to another. Compensation, costs: £485.

Thomas Danny Faulkner, 23, of Stonecross Road, Hatfield. On March 9, 2013, together with another, stole two debit cards belonging to another; also, on same date, similarly, committed fraud by dishonestly purporting to be the legitimate user of card to gain £300; also, similarly, committed fraud by dishonestly purporting to be the legitimate user of second card to gain £300. Committed to prison for nine weeks suspended for 12 months. Order includes unpaid work requirement. Compensation, costs: £542.10.

Glenn Owen Pritchard, 44, of Stockbreach Road, Hatfield. On April 20, 2013, assaulted a woman aged 16 or over by touching her and that touching was sexual when she did not consent; also, similarly, second assault on same evening. Committed to prison for four weeks.  

Adam Frederick Boon, 40, of Haynes Close, WGC. On February 23, 2013, was in possession of 45 millilitres of methadone, a class A drug; also, on April 4, 2013, committed fraud in that gave false details in order to make gain for self; also, on June 15, 2013, together with another, stole two pairs of sunglasses worth £320 from Vision Express, WGC; also, similarly, on June 17 2013, stole three pairs of sunglasses from Specsavers, WGC. Commission of further offence during operational period of suspended sentence order made on April 17, 2013, for fraus, theft from shop (seven counts) and refusing to provide sample for drug test. Committed to prison for eight weeks consecutive to previous suspended sentence order, suspended for 24 months. Order includes drug rehabilitation, programme and supervision requirements. Compensation, costs: £398.02.       

Steven David Lines, 40, of Millwards, Hatfield. On March 17, 2013, damaged the driver’s window and side wing mirror of a vehicle belonging to another; also, on same date, assaulted a person by beating him; also, on same date, dishonestly made off without having paid taxi fare of £7. Community order made with activity and supervision requirements. Compensation, costs: £992.

Xiaoxia Jiang, 24, of Park House Court, Hatfield. On June 15, 2013, used a motor vehicle without insurance. Fine, costs: £130. Eight penalty points.

Stephen John Trounce, 50, of Walsingham Close, Hatfield. On June 14, 2013, drove in Warrengate Lane, South Mimms, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 109 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Community order made with programme and supervision requirements. Costs: £145. Banned from driving for 26 months, to be reduced by 26 weeks if approved course undertaken.

Iram Karim, 26, of Thundridge Close, WGC. On May 22, 2013, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a person harassment, alarm or distress; also, on June 20, 2013, failed to surrender to custody. Fine, costs: £167. Detention deemed served by reason of time already spent in custody.

Aurimas Cerekas, 27, of Garden Avenue, Hatfield. On March 4, 2013, fraudulently used a bar code intending to make a gain of £30.79. Fine, costs: £895.

Michaela Nicolette Clarke, 28, of Hedges Close, Hatfield. On October 17, 2012, permitted a person to use a vehicle on the road when there was no insurance in place and he had no valid licence. Fine, costs: £250. Banned from driving for two years.

Farai Amos Chiwota, 31, of Fourways Market, Welham Green. On June 16, 2013, at WGC, assaulted a police officer in the execution of his duty. Fine, compensation, costs: £315.

Alicia Latoya Richardson, 20, of Horsa Gardens, Hatfield. On May 27, 2013, at South Mimms, drove without due care and attention; also, on same date, used a motor vehicle without insurance and failed to stop vehicle when required to do so by a constable in uniform. Fine, costs: £872.

Christopher Colin Stone, 48, of Roe Green Centre, Bishops Rise, Hatfield. On March 3, 2013, assaulted a person by beating him; also, on same date, assaulted a person by beating her. Also, had in a public place an offensive weapon namely a baseball bat concealed within an umbrella. Community order made with curfew and supervision requirement. Compensation, costs: £660. Restraining order made.   

Leeroy Paul Warner, 23, of Edgars Court, WGC. On and between December 20, 2012, and March 21, 2013, pursued a course of conduct which amounted to harassment of a person. Community order made with supervision and unpaid work requirements. Restraining order made. Costs: £145.

Beverley England, 41, of Holwell Lane, Essendon, Hatfield. On December 9, 2012, drove in Southgate Road, Potters Bar, at 38mph, the legal limit being 30mph. Fine, costs: £60. Three penalty points.

Charlotte Rachel Higgs, 24, of Oak Grove, Hatfield. On December 5, 2012, used a vehicle when grooves of tread pattern of tyre fitted to front offside wheel were not of sufficient depth. Fine, costs: £180. Three penalty points. 

Anna Khnykina, 26, of De Soissons Close, WGC. On February 19, 2013, drove a vehicle without a valid licence. Fine, costs: £185. Three penalty points.

Miriam Ewa, 26, of Link Walk, Hatfield. On March 2, 2013, at Hatfield station, failed to hand over ticket for inspection and verification. Fine, compensation, costs: £349.30.

Issal Kagwa, 22, of Peartree Lane, WGC. On February 3, 2013, en route near WGC station, remained in a reserved seat when not the holder of a valid ticket entitling such a position. Fine, compensation, costs: £361.20.
