Reginald Stannard, 66, of Wistlea Crescent, Colney Heath. On October 23, 2013, wilfully obstructed a police officer in the execution of his duty; also, on same date, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. Fine, costs: £251.
Peter Maurice Mack, 31, of Meadow Close, Bricket Wood. On September 22, 2013, damaged communal doors; also, on same date, damaged two windows and lock belonging to another. Also, on November 14, 2013, damaged windows belonging to Enterprise Inns. Community order made with activity, programme and unpaid work requirements. Compensation, costs: £1,044.
