Fire crews were called to a house in St Albans this morning after the loft became flooded.
A fire engine attended the Chiltern Road house at 8.47am this morning after severe flooding was reported coming from the loft space. Firefighters made efforts to remove the water and left at 9.16am.
Red Cross was also called to assist the resident, an elderly woman with disability issues.
