Free three-day gym membership for 'Stoptober' participants
This month Abbey View Golf and Track, Batchwood Golf and Tennis Centre, Harpenden Sports Centre and Harpenden Swimming Pool are supporting Stoptober by offering free gym passes.
The centres are offering a free three-day gym pass to those that give up smoking for the month.
To claim a free pass, individuals must bin their last packet of cigarettes at one of the leisure centres.
