Injunction taken out against unauthorised development in Redbourn green belt
An injunction has been taken out in Redbourn against unauthorised development in green belt land.
St Albans District Council obtained a High Court order against the development of land at Tullochside, Little Revel End Lane.
At a hearing on October 21, His Honour Judge Seymour QC ordered the defendants be restrained from causing or permitting caravans to be stationed on the site.
The defendants include Mr Stanley, who controls the Tullochside site. He was ordered to pay the council’s costs which were summarily assessed at £10,000.
