A woman has been taken to hospital with head injuries and spinal pain after a two-vehicle crash in St Albans this morning.
The East of England Ambulance Service was called at 7.17am after two cars collided in Breakspear Avenue.
Paramedics said they were on scene within four minutes and took the woman, believed to be in her 50s, to Watford General Hospital.
James Davis, spokesman for the East of England Ambulance Service said: "Thankfully the patient’s injuries do not appear life threatening, but she was taken to Watford General Hospital for further care."
