Three indecent exposures are believed to have taken place in St Albans and Radlett in the past week.

Police are appealing for a woman believed to be a possible victim of one of these incidents to come forward.

At approximately 2.30pm on Saturday, March 7, a woman was walking down a busy footpath along St Albans Way, St Albans when she turned around and saw a man who was exposing himself.

At approximately 3.20pm, another woman was walking down York Road, when it’s believed the same man followed her over the railway bridge and down York Road, before shouting offensive comments at her, whilst exposing himself.

The third incident took place at approximately 3.30pm on Sunday, March 8.

A woman was seen by a witness walking down Watling Street, Radlett near the footbridge over the brook, when she was approached by a man who was exposing himself.

The man is described as being white, approximately 5ft 8ins to 6ft tall, with short brown/black hair, wearing light blue jeans, a long white jumper and dark blue/black surfer style sunglasses.

Sergeant Noel Buckley from Borehamwood’s Safer Neighbourhood Team said: “We are currently following a line of enquiry that these incidents could be linked and I am appealing for anyone who witnessed these offences to come forward.

“In particular, we are keen to speak to the woman that we believe is the victim of the offence in Radlett. We’d really like to trace this woman to offer our support and also see if she can give us any more information which could help our investigation. “If this was you, or you were in the area and witnessed anything, please contact us on Hertfordshire Constabulary’s non-emergency number 101.”
