Flower kiosk wins planning appeal
A flower kiosk in St Albans has been given permission to expand.
Britel Fund Trustees appealed against St Albans District Council’s decision to refuse planning permission to extent the retail unit at 19-21 French Row and 1 Christopher Place.
The planning inspectorate allowed the appeal and the extension can now take place, as long as demolition or construction works do not take place outside 7.30am to 8pm.
