Malcolm MacMillan has been appointed chairman of London Colney Council
Malcolm MacMillan has been appointed chairman of London Colney Council.
At Friday's Annual Meeting of the Council, he said that it was an honour to take forward the community baton with a new council and new challenges.
Mr MacMillan added: "Whatever decisions we make, we will do well if they are done with the residents of London Colney at the centre of them, and in a spirit of respect and tolerance."
Malcolm MacMillan came top of the Parish poll as an Independent candidate at the May 7 election.
