Man charged with 10 theft offences after clothing snatched from washing lines
A man has been charged with 10 theft offences after clothes were snatched from washing lines in Marshalswick.
Roy Jones, 55, of Ellenbrook Crescent, Hatfield, was arrested on Friday June 12.
He has been released on police bail to appear before Central and Western Hertfordshire Magistrates Court on Friday, August 21.
