MP for St Albans visited a local school to discuss with students about the education available in countries across the world.
Anne Main talked to pupils at Towsend Church of England School about the Send my Friend to School Campaign, which aims to raise awareness at the lack of education available to some countries.
The students made models to send to the government highlighting their concerns over this issue. Ms Main took these models with her to put forwards in the Houses of Parliament.
Ambassadors for the school also met with Ms Main to discuss the facts they had found out, and made suggestions on how to improve the number of children across the world who are attending schools, or being given some form of education.
