A lorry has fallen on its side and diesel has leaked across the M25.
Three lanes of the clockwise carriageway have been closed after a lorry fell on its side between Junction 21a (M1) and Junction 22 (London Colney).
Diesel and debris from the lorry have spread across the lanes.
Some of the fuel has spread into a water course at the side of the road and the Environment Agency has been called.
