Monday, January 11

John Seleem Kaffash, 49, of Shenley Hill, Radlett. On June 2, 2015, failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fine, costs: £690. Six penalty points.

Tuesday, January 12

Angelina Devlin, 18, of The Parade, St Albans. On August 24, 2015, knowing that payment was required for petrol dishonestly made off without having paid. Fine, compensation, costs: £90.03.

Jamie Gibson, 36, of Andrews Close, Shenley, Radlett. On December 11, 2015, assaulted a man by beating him. On same date, had in his possession a small bag of cannabis; used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months. Carry out unpaid work for 60 hours within the next 12 months. Compensation, costs: £215.

Michael Max Andrew Gillespie, 21, of Francis Avenue, St Albans. On November 1, 2015, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 72 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Disqualified from driving for 18 months. Fine, costs: £480.

Bethany Jane Kennedy, 19, of The Ridgeway, St Albans. On January 10, 2016, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 79 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Disqualified from driving for 19 months. Fine, costs: £371.

Brian Andrew Moran, 53, of Pickford Hill, Batford, Harpenden. On December 23, 2015, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. Fine, costs: £145.

Robert Williams Evans, 31, of Park Street Lane, St Albans. On May 6, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £415. Five penalty points.

Wednesday, January 13

Amolak Singh, 41, of Hatfield Road, St Albans. On January 11, 2016, damaged various items of property including a television intending to destroy or damage such property. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. Costs: £100.

Justin Merrick Walshe, 36, of Noke Shot, Harpenden. On May 6, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £327. Three penalty points.

Thursday, January 14

Daniel Lee Newman, 22, of Mount Pleasant Lane, Bricket Wood, St Albans. On December 28, 2015, without lawful excuse damaged a wooden door. Compensation, costs: £210.

Erlind Krasniqi, 27, of Hazelwood Drive, St Albans. On August 15, 2015, assaulted a man by beating him. Compensation, costs: £9,000.

Jonathan Rennison, 42, of Roundwood Lane, Harpenden. On July 22, 2015, used a vehicle without due care and attention. On same date, being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which on a road an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to another vehicle. Fine, costs: £459. Five penalty points.

Waheed Ahmed, 30, of Laurel Road, St Albans. On May 7, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £407. Five penalty points.

Friday, January 15

Iman Guellel, 27, of Beech Road, St Albans. On September 3, 2015, entered a train for the purpose of travelling without a valid ticket. Fine, compensation, costs: £372.
