Fire services in St Albans have been dealing with homes affected by flooding as heavy rains hit the south.
At 6.45am today (September 16) fire crews attended a scene in Ladies Grove, AL3, where three properties were affected.
Efforts were made to remove water and the situation was resolved at 7.32am.
In Tennyson Road, AL2, at 7.11am, there were floods affecting the end of a cul-de-sac and a major pump was in use to remove water.
One house was affected and the problem was dealt with by 9.07am.
Flood warnings have been issued by the government in several areas.
