St Albans should be the most festive city in the country if the amount people on spend on Christmas decorations is anything to go by.
An online estate agent, sellhousefast.uk, studied 100 households from 65 British cities to find out which people spend the most, and least, at Christmas time.
People from St Albans topped the survey spending an average of £62 on decorations, cards and trees - £17.50 higher than the national average.
Following St Albans were people living in Canterbury, Durham, Swansea and Stirling.
And people who spent the least were those living Wolverhampton, spending £16 on decorations, followed by Stoke-on-Trent, Northampton, Exeter and Carlisle.
