A young boy was attacked by a group of teenage boys.
On December 21, an 11 year old boy was attacked at the Abbey View Retail Park in St Albans at around 3pm.
One of the offenders is described as white, between 13 and 15 and was wearing a black rain mac. He was with a group of four other youths who are around the same age and two of them were on bikes.
Anyone with information should contact Hertfordshire Constabulary on 101.
