Westminster Lodge Leisure Centre
A pre-inquest hearing has been opened into the death of a man following an incident at a St Albans swimming pool.
Daniel Mills, son of county councillor Roma Mills, was 39 when he died in December 2015 following an incident at Westminster Lodge Leisure Centre.
An investigation into his death was opened later that month.
Hertfordshire Coroner’s Court has given a provisional cause of death as drowning caused by an epileptic seizure.
A pre-inquest hearing will be held today (Friday), with a full inquest to be held in the coming months.
