Travellers moved on from the site opposite St John's Church within 24 hours
Travellers were moved on within 24 hours from an area they had settled in.
A number of vehicles and horses had pitched up on a patch of land opposite St John’s Church on Harpenden Common.
The group entered the common via St Johns Road at 2pm on Friday, but left without incident on Saturday morning, as advised by police from Hertfordshire Constabulary.
