A 14-year-old boy charged with attempted murder after a stabbing will appear in court on Friday.
On June 15, a 16-year-old boy was stabbed in Verulamium Park in St Albans.
The boy sustained injuries to his abdomen and he was flown by air ambulance to hospital. He is now recovering at home.
The 14-year-old will appear at St Albans Crown Court charged with attempted murder and possession of a blade.
Two boys, 15 and 16, were arrested on August 17 on suspicion of GBH in connection with the stabbing. They will appear at St Albans Youth Court tomorrow.
