THE CONTROVERSIAL Tesco planning decision is to be held in public.
St Albans City and District Council will consider the fate of the superstore on Monday, June 30 at 7pm.
The meeting is to be held at the Alban Arena due to the wide interest of the application for the site bordering London Road and Alma Road.
Time will be allocated for members of the public to speak for or against the application.
People wishing to have their ten-minute slot should contact the planning department on 01727 819345, on Monday, 30 June between 10am and 2.30pm.
There will also be a live web cast of the meeting which will be broadcast through the Council's website www.stalbans.gov.uk.
