A Renault Clio has been seized in St Albans, after its driver was found to have no driving licence or insurance.
Hertfordshire police stopped the vehicle at 8.20pm yesterday (Monday, February 19) in Harpenden Road.
Along with seizing the car, officers also reported the Renault driver for the three offences.
A spokesperson for Hertfordshire Constabulary said: "In today’s episode of St Albans Seizures, this vehicle came to our attention by having a headlight out.
"The vehicle was stopped and found to have no insurance and the driver had no U.K. licence."
"The driver was reported for an inoperational headlight, having no insurance and driving otherwise in accordance of a licence."
