ARSENAL striker Emmanuel Adebayor says his partnership with Dutch striker Robin Van Persie will ensure that silverware is on the table come the end of the season.
Arsene Wenger's boys last lifted silverware in 2005 when they won the F.A Cup.
But Adebayor and Van Persie have started the season in superb form and the Togo international said: "We want to go as far as possible in the Champions League.
"We are here to help this team, we are here to help win something so I'm very pleased with the way he played against Porto.
"We are very happy and hopefully we can help this team win something this season.
"Against Porto we showed good character, good personality and we played good football."
