ST ALBANS MP Anne Main has said she no longer claims for groceries at her second home and her daughter will soon move out, after the Review published details of her expenses.

She told the Review: “My daughter is only staying with me as a family member on a temporary basis and will be moving to London in the future.

“I no longer claim for groceries, but all previous grocery claims reflected the fact that I spend very little time in my main family home and have to pay for all meals during long working days in London and St Albans, as allowed within the regulations.”
