THE railfreight terminal will mean floods in the Frogmore and Park Street area, a local man has told the hearing.
Joe Carter of Smug Oak Lane, who works in Frogmore, said: "Our rivers are full. Frogmore already suffers from rainfall running off the airfield.
"If we lose an area three times the size of Hyde Park that will increase the run-off as there will be less area capable of absorbing water."
