THE PUBLIC is being advised not to travel unless it is necessary following heavy snowfalls overnight.
The Met Office has issued another severe weather warning for the home counties, including Hertfordshire.
Police have asked drivers to take extreme caution on the road, and if you are travelling to wear warm clothing. If travelling by car, drivers should carry extra provisions such as a flask of hot drink, food, blankets and a shovel.
