STAFF at a St Albans-based home care provider are celebrating after receiving recognition from an independent healthcare regulator.
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) has handed approval and accreditation to Home Instead Senior Care for the specialist care it provides for the elderly in their own homes.
Fiona Harrall, who set up the business in the district earlier this year, said: “This is a quality stamp that provides reassurance to our clients and of course potential clients. It shows that we respond to their individual needs and that we are a trusted and reliable source of care service for people in their own homes.
“We are passionately committed to providing the highest levels of care and accreditation bears testament to the dedication of our team which includes our fantastic caregivers.”
