2. ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN
Councillor M. Clark was elected Chairman.
3. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
There were no declarations of interest.
4. MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 18 JULY 2011
The minutes of the meeting were approved and signed.
5. CHAIRMAN
Councillor G. Wiltshire entered the meeting and took the Chair.
6. BIRCHWOOD LEISURE CENTRE
(i) Sports Hall and FunZone
Members noted that the quotes for the FunZone and new sports hall floor were being sought.
(ii) Sports Hall Lighting
Members noted that the lighting had been installed.
