The organisers of the Wheathampstead family fun run are on the search for runners to take part in this year’s race.
The two and ten kilometre races have been set up to raise cash for Beech Hyde Primary School.
The money raised this year will be used to build a canopy for the nursery to create a sheltered outdoor classroom for some of the younger children.
The races, which will be held on Sunday, May 20, are open to runners of all abilities and ages.
A bouncy castle, face painting, and a barbeque will also be available on the day, along with other activities and refreshments.
The fundraiser will be held in Marford Playing Fields.
