A woman from St Albans has decided to run a charity boot camp that will get residents fit while raising cash for a good cause.
Jessica Davies will be holding a series of four-week indoor fitness and fat loss boot camps on May 14 at Roundwood Park School, Harpenden, and Redbourn Recreational Centre to collect money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association.
Residents can join in with the boot camp, which usually costs more than £100, in exchange for a donation between £20 and £40.
Ms Davies decided to raise money for the cause after a close friend’s mother died from the illness in August 2010.
