A course set up to help adults with children who have additional needs will begin next week in a St Albans school.
The seven week course will start on Wednesday (September 12) to help parents with a child or children who have special needs.
The aim of the course is to allow parents to share their feelings and experiences and to help with the challenges they might have.
It will also focus on trying to help parents feel confident and comfortable with trying new things and new ways of parenting, this course is very supportive.
Topics will include helping with self esteem and coping with feelings.
The course will take place in Fleetville Junior School, in Hatfield Road, from 7pm to 9pm.
