- Justin Khan, 20, of High Street, London Colney. On November 23, 2013, en route near St Albans station, failed to hand over ticket for inspection and verification of validity when asked to do so by an authorised person. Fine, compensation, costs: £351.
- Liam Long, 19, of Falmouth Court, St Albans. On November 27, 2013, en route near St Albans station, remained in a reserved seat on a train when not the holder of a ticket entitling a seat in that place. Fine, compensation, costs: £357.60.
- Rochelle S Pye, 21, of Hill End Lane, St Albans. On November 6, 2013, at Radlett, entered a train for the purpose of travelling without having a valid ticket entitling travel. Fine, compensation, costs: £279.20.
- Dak Ken Cheung, 28, of Station Road, Radlett. On August 19, 2013, at Radlett, kept on a public road a vehicle which was unlicensed. Fine, back duty, costs: £308.75.
- Hawkins Building Services Ltd, of Lye Lane, Bricket Wood. On October 10, 2013, being the registered keeper of a mechanically propelled vehicle failed to deliver to the Secretary of State that part of the registration document containing the required particulars relating to the notification of the transfer of the vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader. Fine, costs: £310.
- Michael Manyangadze, 32, of Tavistock Close, St Albans. On November 26, 2013, at St Albans, kept on a public road a vehicle which was unlicensed. Fine, back duty, costs: £346.25.
