- Janine Francis Brooks, 24, of Bardwell Court, St Albans. On February 26, 2014, stole a mobile phone from another. Committed to prison for 10 weeks suspended for 12 months. Compensation, costs: £226.
- Angela Philamena Cooper, 39, of Woollam Crescent, St Albans. On February 27, 2014, stole jumper worth £20 from BHS, St Albans; also, on same date, stole a pair of boots from M&S, St Albans. Fine, compensation, costs: £290.50.
